Product Description

Presentation

This Nimrod battery is a LiPo type and consists of 3 cells that make up an X3 crane assembly. It has a voltage of 11.1V and a capacity of 1000mAh. The battery technology allows for very compact dimensions of the entire assembly, making it suitable for mounting in tight battery spaces. The 25C discharge of the battery allows for optimal current supply for the replica's current requirements.

The battery insulations are well made, and the cables and connectors are of high quality. This battery is equipped with a Small Tamiya plug.

ATTENTION:

  • Lithium ion Polymer (LiPo) batteries can be extremely dangerous.
  • Users must take all necessary precautions for: potential fire, bodily harm, and damage to property.
  • In case of improper use, damage, or manufacturing defects, LiPo batteries can lead to explosions, fire, smoke, and risk of intoxication.
  • By purchasing this type of battery, the user assumes responsibility for any risks associated with LiPo batteries.
  • LiPo batteries are not toys and should not be left within reach of children as they can pose a real danger to their health.
  • LiPo batteries should not be thrown in fire, placed in an oven, or microwave as they can explode.
  • LiPo batteries contain/emits electrolytes, toxic vapors, and other harmful chemicals. Handle these batteries with care and avoid any contact with skin, eyes, or other parts of the body. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
  • Do not attempt to charge mechanically or chemically damaged batteries.

Actions that lead to battery damage

  • Charging LiPo batteries with an unbalanced charger without automatic charging stop.
  • Connecting in series or in parallel a cell or another battery even if they appear to be similar.
  • Exceeding maximum and minimum operating voltages.
  • A decrease or increase in temperature outside the approved limits.
  • Too high a charging current.
  • Short-circuiting the battery poles.
  • Exposing the battery to mechanical shocks such as dropping, hitting, bending, cutting, twisting, deforming, or piercing.
  • Contact with liquids.
  • Using improper charging installations.
  • Using improper or improvised charging cables.

General Information

  • LiPo batteries are made up of cells.
  • The parameters of this type of batteries are: Voltage measured in Volts (V), Capacity measured in milliampere-hours (mAh), and instantaneous discharge (C).
  • Each LiPo battery has a power plug and a charging plug connected.
  • The power plug is used to power the device designed for power supply.
  • The charging plug is exclusively used for charging the battery. (in some cases, charging is done through both the power plug and the charging plug)
  • Charging the battery is done using the charging plug, and in some advanced chargers, connecting the power plug is also necessary.
  • LiPo batteries are charged with special chargers for LiPo batteries that have the function of balancing the voltage in each cell and automatically stopping the charging.
  • Each LiPo battery has a maximum charging rate of 1.05X the battery capacity, which should not be exceeded during charging.
  • Each cell has a maximum voltage of 4.2V and a minimum voltage of 2.7V.
  • During operation or charging, the battery temperature should not drop below 0°C or rise above 50°C.
  • For long-term battery storage, the battery capacity should be between 15 and 25% of the maximum value.

Airsoft6 cannot guarantee that you have used correct methods of operation and have followed the conditions for charging, discharging, or storing LiPo batteries. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement for incorrectly used batteries (those that violate the instructions and warnings above) and we are not responsible for material, moral damages, or loss of human lives.
