A powerful and uncompromising motor. This motor is manufactured by Lonex to provide AEG replica users the ability to install high-power springs with somewhat less effort. The materials used are of the highest quality, enhancing the overall performance of the motor. Given that motors for AEG replicas under stress tend to heat up, which in turn decreases efficiency, the manufacturer has rethought the entire degradation process and minimized this drop in performance. One example is the heating of magnets; any magnet loses its magnetism when heated, but the material used here allows for reaching quite high temperatures without suffering. Even the rotor shape has been improved, allowing for better ventilation and acceleration. Speaking of acceleration, this motor is simply amazing; it is recommended to use springs over 110 m/s because the acceleration is so brutal that it can severely damage the gearbox internals.

We present one of the most powerful motors on the market: Lonex Titan A2. With a properly assembled gearbox and using a suitable battery, this motor is capable of powering springs up to 170 m/s using standard ratio gears.
Airsoft AEG motors under stress tend to heat up, some more than others. As they heat up, their efficiency decreases. The main reason is the permanent magnets used, as well as the melting of the rotor wires and the glue used to secure these wires.
The materials used to manufacture the Lonex A2 motor are carefully selected to allow the motor to perform exceptionally without sacrificing reliability and long-term efficiency. The rotor is designed to efficiently ventilate air, cooling the motor. The winding of the rotor and the glue used to secure them can withstand temperatures up to 200°C. The neodymium magnets used will withstand very high temperatures without losing their magnetism. To maintain maximum efficiency, the motor uses quality bearings at both ends. The motor's brushes are designed to last longer over time. The dimensions of the brushes are increased, and the material used wears out more slowly than standard materials.
This motor is recommended for high-power setups, 120-170m/s or high-speed setups, 35-50 BBs per second. It is not recommended to use this motor in a low-speed gearbox setup with a standard gear ratio, 80-110 m/s with 18:1. The motor's acceleration is far too violent and can affect the gearbox's kinematic assembly.
The motor pinion is made of high-quality steel and is very resistant to wear.
For powering the motor, NiMh batteries of 8.4-9.6V or LiPo batteries of 7.4-11.1V with a discharge rate of up to 50C can be used. It is not recommended to power the motor with a higher voltage as it will negatively affect the lifespan of the gearbox.
