Product Description
We present to you the Krytac High Torque short 30,000 motor. This motor is part of the high-end category of motors offered by Krytac. This series of motors differs from the classic ones in several ways. Firstly, the external structure is made of CNC aluminum, offering improved rigidity and more efficient heat dissipation. The rotor is supported by bearings at both ends, providing low resistance to rotation when the motor heats up, eliminating the bushing expansion factor found in most normal motors.
The motor pinion is very durable, made of high-quality steel, through CNC processing. This way, its wear is much lower than with traditional cast pinions. However, you will need to be very careful about matching the tooth profile of the pinion with the bevel gear tooth profile.
The motor windings are made of high-quality copper wire with high-temperature resistant insulation. By reducing the risk of insulation melting and coil short-circuiting. For connoisseurs, the rotor has 16 TPA, which will provide this motor with a balance between power and speed.
The motor magnets are made of neodymium and have a thick profile over their entire surface. They are well anchored and offer a constant magnetic field even at high temperatures. However, the increase in current demand should be taken into consideration as the temperature increases.
The motor brushes are positioned vertically and have a thicker profile than the brushes of traditional motors. They will thus offer a much better transfer of electric current, consuming less power while also providing improved acceleration compared to motors that use traditional brushes.
The motor can be powered by NiMh batteries of 8.4-9.6V or LiPo batteries of 7.4-11.1V with a discharge rate of up to 50C. We do not recommend powering the motor with a higher voltage as the motor and gearbox lifespan will be affected.
