Product Description
Presentation
This toy replicates a well-known firearm worldwide. It is the M4A1, which appeared in 1994. Unlike the original model, this airsoft replica features a design focused on maneuverability and ergonomics. Its total length immediately suggests that it is an airsoft replica intended for close-quarters battles. Even its weight supports this aspect. At just 2.3 kg, it can be said that this toy falls into the category of lightweight airsoft replicas, of course, compared to other similar platforms.
Exterior of the replica
We are pleased to present the new range of G&G products, the CM16 SR series. This model is the L variant, probably an abbreviation for large. This series is part of the intermediate category offered by G&G. Yes, indeed, the body of the airsoft replica is made from plastic material. It is reinforced fiberglass, which many players consider more durable than certain metals used in other airsoft replicas. However, the toy is not made entirely from this plastic material. Certain connecting elements and some components and accessories are made from metal to provide the airsoft replica with improved durability. Some of these elements include; the outer barrel, the Key Mod front attachment system, and the stock tube. The magazine catch of the airsoft replica is ambidextrous. The airsoft replica is equipped with a foldable sight system to allow the installation of an advanced sight system. The stock of the replica features a new crane design that allows for battery storage plus additional storage spaces.
To support the replica, it is equipped with 2 attachment points. One above the grip only for the left side, which can be switched to the right side. And a QD system at the back of the stock.
Interior of the replica
G&G has equipped this replica with the new generation, fully electronic gearbox v2. The trigger assembly is replaced with an electronic unit equipped with micro-switches, designed to provide significantly improved reliability compared to traditional contacts. At the back, there is a powerful mosfet capable of easily supporting 11.1V LiPo. Besides the significantly improved reliability, the advanced electronic installation will contribute to lower battery consumption, a much quicker trigger response, and proper management of internal components, preventing premature wear. The cherry on top is the ability to implement a 3-round burst function instead of the auto selection. The modification is done simply by holding the semi mode of the trigger for 15 seconds. Internal components such as gears, piston, spring, and other components are standard. Each part that needs to be replaced must be carefully checked for compatibility.
The hop-up chamber is made of plastic and the hop-up adjustment is adjustable. The speed of the replica is 100-105 meters per second, measured with 0.20g BBs. The hop-up adjustment is located inside the ejection port. To access it, the charging lever must be operated.
Power Supply
The airsoft replica package does not include a battery or a battery charger. It is recommended to use a 9.6V 1600 mAh crane battery that is stored inside the stock. To access this battery storage space, only one button needs to be pressed. It is not recommended to use a battery larger than 11.1V LiPo as it may damage the airsoft replica. It is recommended to use quality BBs weighing 0.25g for optimal results.
