Presentation

XDM or X-Treme Duty Match grade is a pistol manufactured in Croatia since 2006 by "HS Produkt". In America, it is known as the Springfield Armory XD. It is designed to provide championship-level shooting performance while maintaining relatively low costs. Shortly after entering the market, it was adopted by law enforcement agencies worldwide. In 2009, it won the title of Pistol of the Year due to its remarkable performance.

Exterior of the Replica

This replica is crafted by Tokyo Marui with great attention to detail. As we have come to expect from Tokyo Marui, the finishes and quality provided are top-notch. The replica is made almost entirely of ABS plastic. The operation mode is very similar to that of the real firearm. This replica features recoil. The safety systems are as follows: There is a safety lever at the back of the grip similar to 1911 platforms. There is a safety directly on the trigger, and for situations where the replica needs to be stored, there is an additional safety at the front, represented by a metal series. The button for releasing the slide and the disassembly button are located on the left side, while the magazine release button is ambidextrous. An interesting feature is the internal mechanism cocking indicator located behind the slide. The magazine is made of chrome-plated metal.

Interior of the Replica

The internal components are carefully crafted and well-finished. The hop-up chamber allows for adjustment of the hop level, greatly improving the range of the replica. To adjust the hop-up, the slide must be removed. It should be noted that the airsoft replica benefits from very good accuracy. The speed is approximately 80 meters per second measured with 0.20g BBs. It is recommended to use BBs weighing 0.20g for optimal performance.

Power Source

The airsoft replica operates with weak gas, 134a or 144a, which is stored inside the magazine. It is not recommended to use a stronger gas as it may damage the replica. Under normal atmospheric conditions at temperatures above 15°C, a gas charge is capable of firing all 26 BBs from the magazine and ultimately locking the slide in the "empty magazine" position. We recommend using high-quality BBs and not reusing BBs.
