Brief History

The L96 AWS sniper is based on the original L96A1 model of the British weapon, made by Accuracy International. The weapon itself is designed to operate in extremely low-temperature environments. This rifle has easily impressed users, quickly gaining appreciation among law enforcement due to its accuracy and reliability shortly after its launch.

Exterior of the Replica

The L96 AWS replica offered by Tokyo Marui is an iconic rifle, having been on the market for over a decade. The body, stock, and grip are made from ABS plastic with an exceptional finish, and the color layer is applied perfectly. The barrel, magazine, cocking lever, and RIS rail are made of metal.

The shape of the body is extremely comfortable, allowing you to spy on your enemies in the tightest spots. To make the rifle as realistic as possible and to provide you with a better aim, there is an RIS rail on the top where you can mount a scope.

Interior of the Replica

To operate, the replica does not require gas, CO2, electric current, or other external power sources. It is manually cocked after each shot. Unlike other snipers, where you had to use an Allen key to adjust the hop-up, Tokyo Marui uses an accessible adjustment system, with the hop-up located at the bottom of the fore-end. When it comes to performance, you can shoot effectively up to 40 m with a power of 85-90 m/s.
