Product Description

The M-Tac Norman fleece jacket is suitable for cold weather due to the WindBlock material and Softshell inserts. Made of 100% polyester. The structure of the WindBlock membrane grid is designed for low and extremely low temperatures so that 80% of the body heat is reflected from the surface towards the interior, and only 20% (excess heat during active actions at low temperatures) leaves the membrane grid. Most modern fabrics with a surface spray polyurethane membrane are not designed for extremely low temperatures, because polyurethane hardens at low temperatures, leading to the hardening of the fabric as a whole. The consequence of this is the characteristic "crackling" when you move. The WindBlock thermal membrane fabric does not use polyurethane spraying to protect the membrane, but rather a dense pile, structured in polyester (inside and outside the membrane), which protects the membrane from the effects of low temperatures, abrasion (both inside and outside) and creates an additional insulating Windblock layer from the back to the outside.

The YKK company is a global leader in fastening elements production. It produces 90% of all fastening elements in 71 factories worldwide.
This is a group of Japanese companies whose brand was registered 70 years ago. YKK is translated from Japanese as "Yoshida Kogyo Kabushikigaisha" - this was the name of the company's founder, who started producing fastening elements for clothing in the 1930s. Success was achieved through partnerships with top clothing brands and by applying extremely strict quality standards. Additionally, for a very long time, the machine for producing high-quality fastening elements was kept in the strictest secrecy. This helped the company quickly surpass its main competitors.
