Product Description
Presentation
The Smith & Wesson M4505 is a rare semi-automatic model produced in 1992 with only 1200 units made, closely resembling the 4506 model.
Exterior of the replica
KWC does a good job of replicating the real firearm, but the operating principle is different. The replica does not feature recoil, although the slide can be pulled back to allow for cocking the hammer. The safety is located on the right side above the trigger. It is made from ABS plastic, and there is a covered rail on the front of the pistol for mounting tactical accessories such as lasers or flashlights.
Interior of the replica
The internal mechanism of the replica is made from plastic and metal and operates with manual action. Cocking the hammer and loading BBs is done strictly by pulling the slide back to the locked position. The replica does not come with an adjustable hop-up.
