Product Description
Brief History
Initially designed for the Italian army and law enforcement to replace the M951 model. It entered production in 1976, starting its use in Italy, and gradually expanded its usage worldwide. The American army adopted the Beretta M92 SB-F, later named M92F due to excellent results in the XM9 tests aimed at selecting the most reliable pistol. Over time, the Beretta M92 has undergone several modifications to its mechanisms and shape due to requirements. One version is the Beretta M92 Vertec, designed in 2003 with a changed grip providing improved handling and a 22mm front rail for attaching accessories.
Exterior of the Replica
This airsoft replica produced by KJW closely mimics the M92 Vertec, replicating both its exterior appearance and functionality. It is made entirely of metal with ABS plastic grips, providing a sense of authenticity during operation. The recoil has a metallic sound and considerable power. The weight of the airsoft replica is 85 grams lighter than the real pistol, and the center of gravity is towards the grip, offering excellent handling capability.
Interior of the Replica
The firing mechanism of the airsoft replica is made of metal, providing good long-term reliability. The Hop-Up is precise and consistent once properly adjusted. Adjustment is done using an included Allen key after disassembling the slide.
Power Source
The airsoft replica operates optimally with Green Gas, but it can also function with weaker gas variants, although it may lose some performance. Under optimal temperature and operational conditions, the airsoft replica is capable of using a full gas charge to operate the entire magazine and lock the slide in the position indicating the end of the BBs.
Maximum performance is achieved at ambient temperatures above 15°C. The airsoft replica should be periodically cleaned and lubricated according to the recommendations in the Service and Care section.
