Product Description
The Liberty jacket made by Helikon Tex is designed for cold seasons due to its soft double fleece layer, which maintains optimal thermal comfort. Although it almost completely isolates the interior of the jacket from the exterior, the material is designed to prevent overheating.
The material used is very lightweight, reducing effort and improving the user's mobility, making the jacket appreciated by military and law enforcement forces worldwide.
Functionality
The existing pockets are as follows; 2 large pockets in the chest area, one of which has space for communication equipment and an opening for headphones or other cable-equipped accessories, 2 pockets on the upper part of the sleeves, 1 pocket on the lower part of the left sleeve, and a large pocket on the lower back with two entries.
Underarm ventilation systems with double zippers are present to prevent overheating. The collar and sleeves are adjustable to maintain the natural contour of the body, thus retaining temperature inside. The shoulder areas have sections with hook-and-loop fasteners for attaching badges, IDs, or patches designed for such attachment systems.
Another advantage of the jacket is the reinforced areas such as the collar and upper shoulder parts to reduce wear caused by attachment systems of tactical vests or weapon belts. This reinforcement also provides a higher degree of waterproofing in these areas.
All closure systems use zippers made by YKK, a company known for its very high quality.
