This exceptional airsoft replica is based on a globally recognized platform, M4, and stands out with the attached accessory at the front designed to demoralize opponents and enhance the user's attack. It features the short M203 grenade launcher. This grenade launcher has been in use since 1969, of course by the U.S. Armed Forces, and over the years has been appreciated and adopted worldwide by various military forces.
Exterior of the Replica
The main airsoft replica is an M4 manufactured by G&P, constructed from aluminum alloys, significantly reducing weight while providing good mechanical resistance. The front grips, handle, and stock are made from ABS plastic. The stock is similar to the M16, offering immense storage space for the battery. For aiming, the airsoft replica is equipped with the classic M4/M16 system. Notably, the handle can be detached, allowing for the attachment of advanced sighting systems such as Red-Dot, Holo Sight, or even scopes.
The launcher is made from aluminum, and the mounting elements are made from quality steel. The charging handle is made from thick ABS plastic.
Internals of the Replica
Inside the airsoft replica, responsible for firing the BBs, is a standard version 2 gearbox, of course made from quality metal. The metal gears are supported by 7mm steel bearings, providing good efficiency for the gearbox's kinematic chain, thus improving the battery's autonomy. The motor of the airsoft replica is exceptional, being the G&P M120, a motor dedicated to high rates of fire. Used with the original spring and a large 9.6V battery, it can fire up to 22 BBs per second, creating a continuous stream of BBs.
The hop-up chamber is made of metal and is, of course, adjustable, along with the 363 mm barrel providing a very good range and resistance against wear. The speed of the airsoft replica is approximately 105-110 meters per second measured with 0.20g BBs. It is recommended to use BBs weighing 0.25g for optimal performance.
The grenade launcher can use gas-operated grenades with a diameter of 40 mm that have their own gas storage and firing system. The launcher’s firing system involves a pin to press the grenade's firing cap and a safety for the trigger.
Power Supply
The battery of the airsoft replica is stored in the stock. Due to its size, the stock can accommodate quite large batteries. The airsoft replica can operate with 7.4V, 8.4V, and 9.6V lipo batteries. It is not recommended to use a voltage higher than 9.6V as it may damage the airsoft replica. It is recommended to use a 9.6V 3000mAh battery for maximum autonomy.
