Overview

As the world modernizes, spaces are becoming increasingly congested. The instances where the M4 was a shortened version of the M16 have evolved to a point where the M4 itself is now too long, leading to the creation of the M4 CQB with an even smaller size, utilizing lighter alloys that allow for better maneuverability in tight spaces.

Exterior of the Replica

This G&P airsoft replica represents model 092 and belongs to the CQB or CQC category. The base platform is the Barbie doll of the market, the M4, meaning a large portion of the accessories and components available in the airsoft market are compatible with this platform.

The free float handguard system allows for extensive accessorization of the replica; flashlights, lasers, grips, and attachments can be mounted both on standard rails and keymod systems. The replica is equipped with classic ABS sights that are foldable, allowing them to remain on the replica even when advanced sighting devices are used. Prominently featured at the front is a distinctive flash hider made of aluminum, serving purely aesthetic purposes. The fire selector and other buttons are made of ABS and have a pleasing design. The grip and stock of the replica are covered with a textured pattern designed to provide optimal grip. Quick detach (QD) mounting systems can be installed at the rear of the stock and at the front of the handguard.

Interior of the Replica

The gearbox of the airsoft replica is version 2, equipped with 8 mm bearings. The interior of the gearbox is meticulously crafted; the gears are made from a durable, wear-resistant metal, and the shimming is well-tuned. The cylinder head is made of aluminum, as is the nozzle, which is also equipped with a sealing o-ring. The cylinder is specifically ported by G&P, meaning it is bored out towards the opposite end of the exhaust. The piston is made of POM while the piston head is made of polycarbonate. Using 0.20g BBs, the replica is capable of achieving a velocity of 110-115 m/s. The hop-up chamber is metal and allows for hop-up adjustment adjustment.

The motor is a high-speed model, G&P M120, which, together with a 9.6V battery and 2000 mAh, can fire up to 21-22 BBs per second.

Power Supply

This replica is equipped with a large Deans connector and supports 7.4V LiPo or 8.4V and 9.6V NiMH batteries. We do not recommend using a battery larger than 9.6V as it may damage the airsoft replica. We recommend using high-quality BBs weighing 0.25g for optimal performance. We do not recommend reusing BBs or using low-quality BBs as it may damage the replica.
