Exterior of the replica
The exterior of the AR15 KeyMod 10” ALPHA replica is made of zinc and aluminum alloy, steel, and ABS polymer. The parts made of ABS polymer are: the grips, stock, pistol grip, and magazine. The parts made of Zinc-Aluminum alloy are: the body, RIS system, outer barrel, and buffer tube. The adjustment cover for the hop-up chamber, bolts, and screws are made of metal. This replica features a quick spring change system QRS Gen.II and a quick motor change system due to the B5 type grip.
Interior of the replica
Delta Armory equipped this replica with a new generation v2 gearbnox, fully electronic. The replica comes with a SHS piston with metal teeth, rotary hop-up chamber, metal gearbox capable of withstanding 120-130 springs for a long period of time, 6.03mm precision barrel, and a modern A-type trigger. The hop-up chamber is made of plastic and the hop-up adjustment is adjustable. The replica's velocity is 110-115 meters per second, measured with 0.20g BBs. The hop-up adjustment is located inside the ejection port and requires operating the cocking lever for access.
