It appeared on the battlefield in 1948, but the concept's creation began in the last year of World War II, this weapon has managed, from the very first moment to the present, to become one of the most versatile weapons of the century due to its robustness, reliability, and simplicity. Designed to incorporate the best aspects of the most renowned weapons of the time, it is still successfully used today without major modifications to its operating system.
Exterior of the Replica
The body of the airsoft replica, the grip, stock, and handguard are made from high-quality ABS plastic. The front part and the body of the airsoft replica are assembled with 4 screws. This model facilitates access to the inner barrel and Hop-Up chamber. Elements such as the outer barrel, sights, and body joints are made of metal, providing increased durability.
Interior of the Replica
The Hop-Up adjustment is located inside the ejection port; this adjustment is linear and precise. The Hop-Up chamber is made of ABS plastic, which should not be a concern, as the molding quality is very good, ensuring no issues with BB feeding. The accuracy and consistency of the airsoft replica are good.
The gearbox is version 3, known for its durability. Of course, it is also made of metal, as are the gears. The piston, piston head, and cylinder head are made of polycarbonate. The BB speed is around 110 to 115 meters per second measured with 0.20g BBs. It is recommended to use 0.25g BBs for optimal performance.
Power Supply
The space allocated for the battery is not very large, but it can be fully utilized by using a LiPo battery no larger than 7.4V and 2800mAh. The maximum recommended battery is 9.6V, as using a larger battery risks damaging the toy.
