Product Description
Amoeba is a subsidiary of Ares and aims to create airsoft toys with the best quality-to-price ratio. Over time, airsoft players have come to know the replicas offered by Ares for their performance and reliability. We are pleased to present the manual sniper model, Amoeba Striker AS-02.
Exterior of the Replica
As mentioned, the replica is manual, so for each shot, it must be cocked by pulling back an internal spring. A simple mechanism, favored among snipers worldwide in the airsoft community, for the precision it offers and the low operating cost.
The body of the replica is made from nylon fiber and features a modern, ergonomic design that provides increased comfort to the user during combat. It not only looks good but is also comfortable and practical. Inside the grip, there is a compartment for storing the hex keys needed for disassembly or adjustment of the replica. At first glance, we can see that the magazine is large and located at the rear, unlike most airsoft replicas on the market. This design allows for a longer inner barrel, a short cocking action, and easier reloading with BBs. On the left side of the replica, there is an indicator for cocking the replica. When the piston is cocked, a pin will protrude.
For attaching a sling, we can use the existing hooks at the front and rear.
Interior of the Replica
The inner barrel of the replica is precision-made, with a diameter of 6.03 mm and a length of 310 mm. The hop-up chamber is specially designed for Striker, but the barrel is standard TM. The trigger is made of metal and engages the piston at a 90-degree angle. The power and pull of the trigger can be adjusted with the help of 2 screws located at the back of the trigger. The cylinder is made of metal, while the piston and guide are made of aluminum. An important aspect is the compatibility with standard AEG springs.
Power Supply
The replica is delivered assembled and ready for use. The package includes a 45-round magazine. We recommend using high-quality BBs for optimal performance and not reusing BBs as it may damage the replica.
