Presentation
The presented replica is part of the M4 series offered by A&K. The model is oriented towards the DMR class, thus providing a platform designed for long engagement distances. The manufacturer offers the latest technologies both internally and externally. The materials used are lightweight, greatly contributing to the maneuverability of this relatively long replica.
Exterior of the Replica
As mentioned, this replica mimics the M4 platform. The exterior of the replica is predominantly made of metal, with the only plastic elements being the grip and the stock of the replica. The rail system is of the freefloat type and provides ample space for a wide range of tactical accessories. On the upper part of the body, there is also a standard rail where optical devices for aiming can be mounted. The stock of the replica is quite unique. It is adjustable in both length and height. At the bottom of the stock, there is even a hidden rail for mounting an additional grip or bipod. For securing a sling, there is an ambidextrous QD system on the rail system as well as 2 wide ears at the back of the stock. The replica is also equipped with a classic folding sighting system.
Interior of the Replica
The gearbox of the replica is a standard version 2, with good upgrade potential. The gears are made of steel and the piston is made of polycarbonate. The motor of the replica is classic but powerful enough to compress 120 m/s springs. Both inside the piston and on the spring guide, there are bearings to allow for a more natural compression of the spring. The replica propels 0.20g BBs at a speed of 105-110 m/s.
Power Supply
The replica does not come with a battery and battery charger. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing a high-quality battery and charger for optimal performance along with the toy. The replica can operate with NiMH 8.4V or 9.6V batteries and 7.4V LiPo. Be very careful with the shape of the battery. Due to the internal adjustment system of the stock, space is limited. We recommend using high-quality BBs and not reusing BBs as this may cause the replica to malfunction.
