A&K Magpul Masada

Overview

Magpul Masada ACR or Adaptive Combat Rifle. Created by Magpul Industries in 2008, production was later taken over by Bushmaster with the aim of gradually replacing the M4/M16 series. The design of the weapon took into account specific elements from various firearms that have been tested and appreciated worldwide over time. AR-18, FN SCAR, HK G36, XM8, M16/AR15. Thus, the firing system of the Magpul Masada successfully combines these elements in a completely unique manner. The weapon's performance, maneuverability, and reliability are excellent. The ability to be operated by both right-handed and left-handed users is one of the advantages that make this wonderful weapon stand out.

Exterior of the Replica

The manufacturer A&K has successfully replicated this 21st-century weapon. The exterior of the airsoft replica is constructed from quality ABS plastic, significantly reducing the weight of the airsoft replica, thus providing the player with enhanced resistance to effort. The stock of the airsoft replica is adjustable in length and can fold to the right side of the weapon, reducing the size of the airsoft replica when necessary. The airsoft replica is equipped with quick-detach sling mounting systems, OQ Sling Mount, both at the front and on the stock, of course, the mounts are on both sides.

The outer barrel can be easily removed to allow for the use of different length barrels for various situations. This way, you can tackle open field scenarios as well as tight CQB scenarios.

The airsoft replica is equipped with a considerably sized top rail on which a multitude of sighting systems can be mounted; Scopes, Red-Dots, Reflex Sights, Holo Sights, and many more.

Interior of the Replica

The adjustment for the Hop-Up is located in the ejection port. To access it, the cocking lever is activated, which can be locked in the open position; to close it, the bolt catch is located at the front of the trigger guard.

The replica's gearbox is a version 2 standard, thus allowing for significant upgrade potential. The airsoft replica has a speed of approximately 105-110 meters per second measured with 0.20g BBs. It is recommended to use 0.25g BBs for optimal performance.

Power Supply

The package includes an 8.4V 1200mAh battery that is mounted in the handguard. To remove the handguard, a pin located at the beginning of the handguard must be removed. To optimize the space for the battery, a Li-Po battery no larger than 7.4V and 2200 mAh can be used. The battery must not exceed a voltage of 9.6V to avoid damaging the gearbox.
