WE XDM IPSC

Presentation

We are pleased to present the version dedicated to IPSC competitions, or more broadly, the International Practical Shooting Confederation, or simply the sport shooting competitions. The XDM IPSC is derived from the standard XDM or X-Treme Duty Match grade, which is a pistol manufactured in Croatia since 2006 by "HS Produkt". In America, it is known as the Springfield Armory XD. It is designed to provide championship-level shooting performance at relatively low costs, thus being quickly adopted by law enforcement agencies worldwide. In 2009, it won the title of Pistol of the Year due to its performance. The modified elements are the front compensator, the magazine guide, and the magazine base.

Exterior of the replica

The unique design intended for IPSC competitions is achieved with the help of the front compensator, which in the airsoft replica is completely non-functional but allows for the installation of a longer inner barrel, thus increasing its power. The magazine guide allows for much easier loading, and the magazine base is equipped with a section of soft rubber to cushion a possible contact with the floor. However, we still recommend avoiding contact with the floor. The lower part of the airsoft replica is made from ABS plastic, while the slide, outer barrel, compensator, and magazine guide are made from solid aluminum. There are many safety systems; behind the grip, there is a safety similar to those on 1911 platforms. There is a safety directly on the trigger, and for situations where the airsoft replica needs to be stored, there is also a safety at the front. The slide release button and the disassembly button are located on the left side, while the magazine release button is ambidextrous. An interesting feature is the internal mechanism cocking indicator positioned behind the slide. The magazine is made of chrome-plated metal. The length of the pistol is 250mm. The airsoft replica is equipped with numerous elements designed to provide an improved grip.

Interior of the replica

The internal components of this airsoft replica are made from well-finished quality metals. The hop-up chamber allows for adjustment of the hop level applied, thus significantly improving its range. To adjust the hop-up, the slide must be removed. It should be noted that the airsoft replica benefits from very good accuracy. The velocity is approximately 80-85 meters per second measured with 0.20g BBs. It is recommended to use 0.20g BBs for optimal performance.

Power Supply

The airsoft replica operates with green gas stored inside the magazine. It is not recommended to use a weaker gas as the performance of the replica may suffer. Under normal atmospheric conditions at temperatures above 15°C, a gas charge allows the airsoft replica to fire all 26 BBs from the magazine and finally lock the slide in the "empty magazine" position. It is recommended to use quality BBs to avoid mechanical issues.
