Product Description
Short history
The M3 is an American .45 caliber submachine gun, adopted by the US Army on December 12, 1942, as the United States Submachine Gun, Cal. .45, M3. The M3 was equipped with the same ammunition, .45 ACP, fired by the Thompson submachine gun, but it was cheaper to mass-produce and lighter, although contrary to popular belief, it was less accurate. The M3 was commonly known as the "Grease Gun" or simply "Greaser," due to its visual resemblance to a mechanic's tool. The M3 was designed as a replacement for the Thompson and began to enter frontline service in the middle of 1944. The M3A1 variant was used in the Korean War and subsequent conflicts.
Exterior of the replica
As taught by Snow Wolf, we have a replica with an excellent quality-price ratio. The exterior is made of metal. The body of the replica gives you a feeling of solid and well-made work, as you will hardly find any play or tolerances.
Interior of the replica
The BBs are propelled by a custom gearbox, with some upgrade possibilities such as gears, piston, and a few other components. The hop-up system is adjustable from inside the ejector port, extremely easy to access. The power of the replica is approximately 110-115 m/s using 0.20g BBs.
Power supply
In the replica package, there is the replica itself and a 520-round hi-cap magazine. We recommend that along with purchasing the replica, you also look for a battery and a charger for it. The replica is capable of operating with NiMH 8.4 and 9.6V batteries or 7.4V LiPo batteries. For optimal performance, we recommend using only high-quality BBs and not reusing them. Otherwise, the replica may malfunction.
