Frequently Asked Questions
Gears for electric airsoft replicas manufactured by Siegetek. These gears are extremely durable, allowing for extreme upgrades such as high speeds and rates of fire. Used in setups balanced between power/rate of fire, they are nearly indestructible. Their ratio is similar to the standard T.M., specifically 20.8 - 1

Product Description
Overview
\r\nSiegetek Concepts is a company established in 2007 with a single goal: to develop extremely durable gears for electric-powered replicas. Over the years, after many trials and experiments, they have succeeded. They have obtained the ideal material for manufacturing gears for electric airsoft toys, AEG.
\r\nDescription
\r\nMade from chromoly steel, these gears are practically indestructible when used in standard setups. The chromium in the composition enhances the hardening of the steel, while molybdenum, besides improving hardening, adds extra resistance to mechanical stress, making the steel much tougher. The gears are manufactured by machining from large blocks, and the parts are solidly joined together. The conical part that connects the gearbox assembly to the motor is welded to the gear, thus improving durability.
\r\nThe manufacturing process is closely monitored by the producers. Starting from the percentage mix of materials, their processing, and finally the hardening and uniformization processes of the molecular structure of the steel.
\r\nThe ratio of these gears is 20.8 to 1. Being close to the standard ratio, the gears will have balanced performance in every aspect: Speed / Rate of Fire / Durability. The advantage of these gears is their strength, allowing the use of powerful springs without issues. They can be used with powerful motors such as Systema A to Z or G&P M180 Satan. (note the motor pinion, it may be soft and might require replacement)
\r\nThe set includes all 3 gears necessary for standard version 2 and 3 gearboxes: Bevel gear, Spur gear and Sector gear.
