Gearbox shell version 2 manufactured by RetroArms for AEG-type replicas. A shell with an excellent quality-to-price ratio. It is made from high-quality aluminum. It is intended for AEG replicas based on a version 2 gearbox platform. Examples include: MP5, M4/M16, G3 and others.
The shell is coated with a decorative anodized layer, ensuring smooth operation of internal components. The screw threads are much more durable, allowing for repeated assembly and disassembly of the gearbox with a lower risk of damage. The manufacturing process is very precise (CNC), allowing for quality tuning. Whether it’s for high rate of fire or strong springs (up to 150 m/s), this shell represents a stable platform for potential upgrades. The 8mm bearings facilitate the operation of the gears, reducing friction and minimizing the risk of damage due to their dimensions.
The gearbox is equipped with a quick spring change system (QSC).
