Presentation

The present adapter is a tool that allows the use of classic chargers for electric replicas together with a Novritsch SPP1/SPP5 GBB pistol powered by a compressed air source known as HPA. By using this adapter, you will have access to shooting autonomy that is hard to match even by a GBB drum-magazine, as well as to a multitude of AEG replica chargers that offer 4-5 times the capacity of a standard pistol magazine.

Description

The design of this adapter is simple, made from a single large piece printed in durable resin. The coupling with the AEG charger is at 90 degrees, aligning the charger with the player's forearm and serving, if necessary, as a support point for the pistol.

As for the mag-well, it is compatible with most standard TM M4 AEG chargers. We have successfully tested thicker chargers such as PTS as well as thinner ones like Guarder Blu-Box. The connection lip with the charger is made of brass, improving durability, ensuring correct disconnection of the ball retention pin in the charger. The button for releasing the charger is centrally located and can be operated ambidextrously.

To facilitate reloading, the adapter is equipped with a ball retention system on the feed channel. This system is automatically activated when the AEG charger is inserted into the mag-well and two more balls will drop when it is removed. The system is robust, spring-loaded, and can be manually operated if needed to remove balls remaining inside the feed channel.

The air supply is designed to provide a sufficient airflow to ensure proper functioning of the pistol, even at high rates of fire. We achieved this by using a high-flow US-type QD nipple and ensuring an internal 4mm channel throughout the body of the charger. We recommend not exceeding a pressure of 120 PSI to avoid damaging the pistol. We have successfully tested the adapter up to 150 PSI.

Mounting the adapter is very simple, as it is delivered with all its accessories ready mounted in position, leaving it up to you to disassemble the pistol charger and connect it to the adapter. In this case, the Novritsch SPP1/SPP5 charger has a single central screw that secures the adapter. From the original charger, you practically remove its cap (bottom) and use the screw along with its gasket and the large gasket from the cap itself. Once tightened in position, you can connect the line and the AEG charger and start using it. The package includes the HPA adapter and the spacer for the pistol charger, which will limit the balls from a double-stack layout to a single stack, to facilitate feeding.
