Product Description
An important detail in the military field and beyond is footwear. The quality of footwear directly influences the performance of the soldier. This aspect can also be valid in cases of actions meant to mimic military activities, such as long walks on unpaved roads or, why not, airsoft or paintball games. These games often take place in not-so-safe locations; former military units, institutions, or various abandoned buildings full of dangers at every turn.
The Mil-Tec 5 Inch Squad Boots provide the necessary protection regardless of the situation. Even if the environmental temperature is high or low, these boots manage to maintain comfort for the lower limbs.
Exterior
The upper part is made of natural suede leather and 1200 den nylon textile material to allow for good ventilation of the foot. The maximum stress areas are made from natural suede leather to provide improved durability. The tongue of the boot is thick to absorb potential mechanical shocks and is bonded to the sides of the boot but at the lower part. The sole is made from three types of materials to enhance comfort. The bottom layer is made of soft rubber. The upper part of the sole is made of foam, and at the back, there is a plastic band for reinforcement. The sole is attached to the body of the boot through vulcanization.
Interior
The interior is lined with special insulating material to maintain an optimal temperature regardless of weather conditions. The insoles can be removed for cleaning. They are made of soft foam, enhancing the comfort of the footbed. The heel is reinforced with soft padding to reduce stress caused by prolonged wear.
Functionality
Each boot is secured to the foot with a lace. Each boot is equipped with 6 rows of eyelets for the laces, of which the first 3 rows feature reinforced eyelets made of suede leather, one row with reinforced eyelets with metal grommets, and the design of the last two rows is with quick fastening.
The boot size according to the US measurement is Size 6 and according to the EU measurement is Size 39.
