Mil-Tec ACU Woodland Jacket (XL)

This jacket represents the upper part of the ACU or broadly Army Combat Uniform. This model of uniform was introduced in 2004 with the intention of replacing the BDU or Battle Dress Uniform. Its construction and design comply with U.S. military regulations. The placement and size of the pockets, as well as the cut of the jacket and the adjustment elements, make this garment easy to wear and utilize. The material is composed equally of cotton and nylon, with a ripstop design. Ripstop is a specially designed material to prevent the spread of potential tears.

Functionality

The existing pockets are: 2 hook-and-loop pockets in the chest area, angled for easier access, and two additional hook-and-loop pockets on the upper sleeves.
There are reinforcements at the elbows where additional protection can be mounted. On the chest and shoulders, there are sections equipped with hook-and-loop to attach badges, identification, or preferred patches.
The sleeves and collar of the jacket can be adjusted to improve the user's maneuverability as well as enhance thermal comfort.
The main fastening system consists of a double zipper and a fabric section that covers the zipper, which in turn is secured with hook-and-loop.
