Mil-Tec ACU Coyote L Jacket

This jacket represents the upper part of the ACU or broadly Army Combat Uniform. This model of uniform was introduced in 2004 with the intention of replacing the BDU or Battle Dress Uniform. Its construction and design comply with U.S. Army regulations. The placement and size of the pockets, as well as the cut of the jacket and adjustment elements, make this garment easy to wear and utilize. The material is composed equally of cotton and nylon, featuring a ripstop design. Ripstop is a special material designed to prevent the spread of potential tears.

Functionality

The existing pockets are: 2 hook-and-loop pockets on the chest area, angled for easier access, and two hook-and-loop pockets on the upper sleeves.
There are reinforcements at the elbows where additional protection can be mounted. On the chest and shoulders, there are sections equipped with hook-and-loop for attaching badges, identification, or preferred patches.
The sleeves and collar of the jacket can be adjusted to improve user maneuverability and thermal comfort.
The main fastening system consists of a double zipper and a section of material that covers the zipper, which in turn secures with hook-and-loop.
