Leather gloves made by Mechanix Wear are intended for use in environments with increased risk of mechanical shocks. The materials used and the anatomical shape provide a high level of comfort and protection, enhancing user performance.
The palm side is made from synthetic leather, resistant to wear, punctures, and high temperatures. The palm has reinforced sections with a high-performance shock-absorbing material called PORON XDR. This material effectively dampens potential shocks such as weapon recoil or other mechanical impacts.
The indexable fingers are covered with a gripping layer to improve maneuverability. The upper part is covered with Trek Dry Spandex, a material based on spandex that uses a woven pattern to facilitate sweat evaporation, enhancing thermal comfort.
The wrist of the gloves features a rubberized band located inside the material, contributing to maneuverability and preventing the gloves from slipping off the hand.
