The Specialty Vent Gen II gloves are manufactured by Mechanix Wear. These gloves are designed for professional fields where quick dressing is needed. The design is simple but carefully thought out to provide optimal comfort.

The palm of the gloves is made of synthetic leather, resistant to light punctures, abrasion, and moderate temperatures while the back is made of Trek Dry Spandex, a material based on spandex, using a knit pattern that facilitates sweat evaporation, improving thermal comfort.

The outside of the thumb is covered with a soft layer of absorbent material, designed to allow wiping sweat off the forehead or helmet visor, or glasses lenses.

There is an elastic band around the wrist to secure the glove in place, and for further fixation, a nylon loop can be used.
