Product Description
Presentation
Gloves made by Mechanix Wear are intended for use in environments with increased risk of mechanical shocks. The materials used and the anatomical shape provide a high degree of comfort and protection, enhancing user performance.
The palm side is made from synthetic leather, which is resistant to abrasion, punctures, and high temperatures. The palm area features reinforced sections with a high-performance shock-absorbing material called PORON XDR. This material effectively dampens potential shocks such as weapon recoil or other mechanical impacts.
The indexable fingers are covered with a gripping layer to improve maneuverability. The upper side is covered with Trek Dry Spandex, a spandex-based material that uses a specific weave pattern to facilitate sweat evaporation, enhancing thermal comfort.
For knuckle protection, a thermoplastic rubber material is used, bonded through ultrasonic welding. This material is rigid, easily conforming to the anatomical shape of the knuckles without restricting movement, while protecting them from potential mechanical shocks.
The wrist of the glove is adjustable with a rubber strap equipped with Velcro, contributing to maneuverability and preventing the glove from slipping off the hand.
