The M-Tac designers have developed a completely innovative tactical belt, the Tiger Belt Cobra Buckle, designed for securing and conveniently carrying equipment on the belt.
This model allows you to attach a holster, pockets, a first aid kit, or other equipment compatible with the MOLLE system. The belt is perfect for military personnel, airsoft players, and all enthusiasts of modern tactical gear.
The Tiger Belt Cobra buckle consists of an inner and outer belt with adjustable sizing.
The outer belt is made of a rigid frame of high-tech thermoplastic composite Tegris using Laser Cut technology and lined with Cordura 500D. The revolutionary Tegris material from Milliken® (USA) is lighter than traditional thermoplastic composites but still capable of withstanding a high load.
The inner belt is made of Cordura 500D with velcro and an oval-shaped metal frame for size adjustment.
Thanks to its rigid construction, a properly adjusted belt will not slip during active physical activities or combat conditions.
The Molle interface allows you to attach necessary equipment to the belt. The modern Cobra buckle of 25 mm from the Austrian manufacturer Austrialpin can withstand even the most extreme loads.

It is mainly used in materials with linear densities of 1000D and 500D. Linear density is the ratio of the weight of the fabric to its length and is measured in denier. This unit of measurement is mainly used for nylon fabrics. So, the higher the denier count, the denser and heavier the material. The physical and technical characteristics of CORDURA 1000D are very high, with a breaking load of approximately 3000 N. Abrasion resistance is over 5000 cycles.
