The M-Tac designers have developed a completely innovative tactical belt called Tiger Belt Cobra Buckle, designed for securing and conveniently carrying equipment on the belt.
This model allows you to attach a holster, pockets, first aid kit, or other equipment compatible with the MOLLE system. The belt is perfect for military personnel, airsoft players, and all enthusiasts of modern tactical gear.
The Cobra Buckle consists of an inner and outer belt with adjustable sizing.
The outer belt is made of a rigid frame of high-tech thermoplastic composite material Tegris using Laser Cut technology and lined with Cordura 500D. The revolutionary material Tegris from Milliken® (USA) has a lower weight than traditional thermoplastic composites, yet it can withstand high loads.
The inner belt is made of Cordura 500D with velcro and an oval-shaped metal frame for adjusting the size.
Due to its rigid construction, a properly adjusted belt will not slip during active physical activities or in combat conditions.
The Molle interface allows you to attach the necessary equipment to the belt. The modern Cobra buckle, 25 mm, from the Austrian manufacturer Austrialpin, can withstand even the most extreme loads.
A high-quality belt will maintain its impeccable appearance for a long time, without abrasions, bends, or other defects.
The AustriAlpin Cobra buckle is a high-strength, functional, very reliable buckle with the patented AustriAlpin COBRA™️ lock. Made by AustriAlpin, an Austrian company specialized in producing climbing equipment. The COBRA locking system is protected against accidental release under load and is used in high-quality climbing and military gear. All buckles are tested and Mil Spec certified for exposure to sand, dust, and seawater, complying with CE, EN, CSA, ANSI, and NFPA standards.
The unique design of the buckle guarantees a high level of reliability, safety, and durability. All COBRA buckles are made of high-strength aluminum alloy grade 7075. The components are made of solid brass and stainless steel.

Due to its unique qualities, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment for the military, law enforcement, and special forces. It is primarily used in materials with linear densities of 1000D and 500D. Linear density is the ratio of fabric weight to length, measured in denier. This unit of measure is mainly used for nylon fabrics. So, the higher the index, the denser and heavier the material. The physical and technical properties of CORDURA 1000D are very high, with a breaking load of approximately 3000 N. Abrasion resistance is over 5000 cycles. It is used for clothing, backpacks, and tactical pockets. |
