The Vesta M-Tac Plate Carrier Cuirass QRS marks a new stage in the development of Plate Carrier vests from the Ukrainian manufacturer M-Tac. The improved version of the vest features a quick release system for the 2M ROC Buckle fittings and is adjustable in size. It is made from high-quality materials - CORDURA 500D, a highly durable material resistant to friction and tough environments. Inside the vest, there are 3D mesh inserts that provide cushioning and airflow circulation. The shoulder straps are comfortable and follow the body's contours.
On the front of the vest, there is a Velcro panel that can be used to attach Molle-compatible equipment. At the top of the vest, designers have added a water-resistant administrative compartment with an AquaGuard zipper. This pocket can be used to store keys, lighters, identification cards, or other small, flat items.
At the bottom of the vest, there is a detachable module with a Molle interface made using LaserCut technology and adjustable in height. To prevent accidental tearing of the Velcro base, it is secured to the vest's straps with Woojin carabiners. This construction is designed to securely attach additional pockets.
On the back of the vest, there is a classic Molle interface. This vest will be indispensable for a wide range of tasks and will surely appeal to fans of modern tactical gear.

Due to its unique qualities, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment for the military, law enforcement, and special forces. It is mainly used in materials with linear densities of 1000D and 500D. Linear density is the ratio of fabric weight to length, measured in denier. This unit of measurement is primarily used for nylon fabrics. So, the higher the denier index, the denser and heavier the material. The physical and technical characteristics of CORDURA 1000D are very high, with a breaking load of approximately 3000 N and abrasion resistance of over 5000 cycles. It is used for clothing, backpacks, and tactical pockets. |
