Product Description

The M-Tac Military NYCO MultiCam vest has a comfortable, semi-fitted shirt-style cut and can be paired with the Conquistador military pants to create a complete modern field uniform. The jacket is sewn from American NYCO rip-stop fabric, a 50/50 cotton-nylon blend, in the original Crye Precision MultiCam color with NIR treatment, reducing visibility in the IR range. The fabric is also treated with Teflon, which protects it from dirt and water. The uniforms for US army soldiers are sewn from fabrics with these features. The jacket has a high collar, closes with Velcro, and also features a central closure in the form of a detachable "tractor" plastic zipper with Velcro flap.

There are two concealed Velcro pockets on the chest with vertical openings for easy access to contents, as well as horizontal Velcro panels for attaching name tags and medical patches. There are embroidered eyelets under the armpits for improved ventilation. Each sleeve has a vertical zippered patch pocket and a MultiCam Velcro panel with compartments for attaching handles or similar equipment.

There is a reinforced yoke on the upper part of the back with a Velcro panel for an IR marker under the collar. Along the armhole contour, there are expansion pleats that help maintain freedom of arm movement, even when wearing a ballistic jacket or gear over the garment. The sleeves are equipped with a Velcro patch pocket for inserting soft protection. The cuffs are adjustable with Velcro tabs.

Technologies:

"MULTICAM Camouflage" was developed by the American company Crye Precision together with the US Army Soldier Systems Center. The latter is also known as the US Army Natick labs. It took over eight years of expeditions, scientific work, data analysis, and practical field testing to create the color. This pattern was created as a single universal camouflage for the US army. The need for it became evident after Operation Desert Storm in Iraq. The camouflage patterns used at that time, both for woodland terrain (Woodland) and desert operations (Tri-Color Desert), did not provide the necessary camouflage for fighters.

The YKK company is a global leader in fastening elements production. It produces 90% of all fastening elements at 71 factories worldwide.
This is a group of Japanese companies whose brand was registered 70 years ago. YKK is translated from Japanese as "Yoshida's Company" - this was the name of the company's founder, who started producing fastening elements for clothing in the 1930s. Success was achieved through cooperation with top clothing brands and by applying extremely strict quality standards. In addition, for a very long time, the machine for producing high-quality fastening elements was kept in the strictest secrecy. This helped the company quickly surpass its main competitors.
