Exterior of the replica

This toy manufactured by KJW KP-13, is made of plastic in the lower part and metal in the sleeve. The replica offers a robust feeling while handling. Just as all airsoft replicas should. The serrations are easy to exploit but unfortunately fixed. The slide design provides a good grip when cocking. There is a standard rail at the front for mounting accessories as desired. The controls of the replica are located on the left side, being a right-handed pistol.

Given that this airsoft replica is based on the G17 platform, the internals are compatible with this series, mostly... The Hop-Up is adjustable within the toy. Therefore, removing the slide is necessary to adjust it. Once adjusted, this Hop-Up is stable and does not change its position during use. The airsoft replica has a velocity of around 100-105 meters per second measured with 0.20g BBs. We recommend using 0.25g BBs for optimal performance.

Power source

The replica comes with a gas-powered magazine. A big advantage is the possibility of using CO2 magazines, as KJW manufacturers have designed the latest versions of this replica to allow for the use of both gas and CO2 without additional pressure on the firing system. The speed will increase when using CO2, so pay close attention to the game regulations to avoid exceeding the safety speed limit.
