Their design is based on the already well-known UTP model, but the synthetic material used allows for remarkable mobility, being elastic in 4 directions. Product Description
We are pleased to present the latest series of Helikon-Tex pants, Outdoor Tactical Line. As their name suggests, these pants are designed for outdoor physical activities. The design and functionality of these pants provide excellent comfort as well as ample and thoughtfully placed storage space. The OTP model is based on the well-known UTP series, retaining some of their characteristics. The cut of the pants and the material used are intended to provide complete freedom of movement to the wearer while maintaining the look of regular pants and the tactical support of military trousers. This advantage is achieved by using a material composed of 93% Nylon and 7% Spandex, allowing for 4-way stretch.
Functionality
The pockets of these pants include: 2 front interior pockets, 2 slightly angled unsecured upper front pockets reinforced to prevent premature wear, 2 secured pockets lower down with Velcro that can be used for a mobile phone or even an M4 magazine, 2 spacious zippered pockets on the upper side of the pants, and 2 unsecured upper back pockets, each containing a smaller pocket inside.
The side and front pockets are slightly angled to provide increased mobility when items are inside them.
The pants are equipped with 7 belt loops around the waist to securely hold the belt for accessorizing. At the back of the waist, there is an elastic section for securing the pants. The front loops are designed with sections to attach carabiners. There are additional material sections at the knees, both front and back, to prevent premature wear. The area between the legs is reinforced with additional material.
The main closure system consists of a self-locking zipper and Velcro. The Velcro allows for easy adjustment of the waist size. The zippers used are from the renowned brand YKK, recognized as one of the best in the zipper industry.
The color of the pants is Khaki.
