Helikon-Tex Australian Military Jacket Shark Skin Coyote (M)

The jacket is designed for use in the transitional seasons between summer and winter. The material used is known as Shark Skin and somewhat mimics the appearance of shark skin, but the resemblance stops there. This revolutionary material offers a multitude of advantages: wind resistance, waterproofing, elasticity providing increased abrasion resistance, the ability to efficiently retain warmth without overheating, and maintaining low humidity. For additional thermal comfort, the interior is lined with soft, synthetic fleece material.

The elasticity of the Shark Skin material provides good maneuverability during action, limiting natural body movements very little.

Functionality

This jacket has 5 pockets: 2 pockets in the lower front, one chest pocket on the right, one upper sleeve pocket on the left, and one lower sleeve pocket on the right. The upper part and elbows have reinforced material sections to withstand wear. For additional ventilation under the arms, there is a vent section equipped with a zipper. On the shoulders, there are areas with Velcro for attaching badges or patches. The sleeves have an adjustment system to enhance user maneuverability while also maintaining internal temperature.

All closure systems use zippers from the YKK brand, known for being the most durable zippers on the market.
