This toy replicates a weapon well-known worldwide. It is the M4A1, which appeared in 1994. Unlike the original model, this replica has a design focused on maneuverability and ergonomics. Its total length immediately suggests that it is a replica intended for close-quarters combat. Even its weight supports this aspect. At just 1.8 Kg, it can be said that this toy falls into the category of lightweight replicas, of course, compared to other similar platforms.

Exterior of the replica

Yes, indeed, the body of the airsoft replica is made from plastic. However, it is reinforced nylon, which many players consider more durable than certain metals used in other replicas. Nevertheless, the toy is not made entirely of plastic. Certain connecting elements and some components and accessories are made of metal to provide the airsoft replica with improved durability. Some of these elements include; the outer barrel, the front attachment system of the rail system, the stock tube, and as accessories, the fire mode selector buttons, the trigger, the mag-catch, and others. The components made of plastic are: the rail system, the grip, the stock, and of course, the body of the toy. The airsoft replica is equipped with a foldable sight system to allow the mounting of an advanced sighting system. The stock of the airsoft replica is of the SOPMOD type and provides a comfortable support for the chin during aiming. Let’s not forget that the stock is adjustable.
To support the airsoft replica, we can use the front ring located under the handguard and the ring at the back of the body. Slings can be attached at a single point as well as at two points.

This system, as mentioned, operates on gas, specifically "Green Gas" and other similar variants. The package also includes a specially designed magazine for this system. Inside the magazine, gas and BBs are stored. The hop-up chamber is adjustable and does not resemble the hop-up chambers found on most M4 AEG platforms. The speed of the airsoft replica using green gas is approximately 95-100 meters per second measured with 0.20g BBs.

Power Supply

The package of the airsoft replica includes a special midcap magazine that can hold 40 6mm BBs. In normal weather conditions at temperatures above 15' C, the airsoft replica can operate a fully loaded magazine. It is recommended to use Green Gas; any weaker or stronger gas may damage the operating system. It is recommended to use high-quality BBs weighing 0.25g for optimal performance.
