Brief History
Designed in the 1890s by John Browning to represent a step forward from the revolvers of the time. The project was continued by Colt Industries and after rigorous testing, the project was approved. In 1911, it was introduced as standard equipment for the U.S. Army. The pistol was revised in 1924, with minor modifications to its exterior appearance. Since then, it has remained unchanged. After a century of use worldwide, Colt 1911 remains the most important pistol in human history.
Exterior of the Replica
The airsoft replica GPM 1911 manufactured by G&G is a 1:1 copy of the real firearm. It is made entirely of metal with ABS plastic grips, providing an authentic feel during operation. The recoil has a metallic sound and a considerable power. The safety is ambidextrous, located above the grip. On the right side, there is the magazine release button, mag catch.
Interior of the Replica

Power Source
