GATE TITAN mosfet V3 expert Blu-Set

We are pleased to present one of the most advanced electronic control units for electric airsoft replicas. This control unit is called TITAN and is offered by GATE. It is designed to replace the mechanical contact of the replica, eliminating mechanical work and significantly improving the control feedback of the replica.

Due to the technology used, the characteristics of the replica can change completely, transforming your replica into a marvel of airsoft technology. The 20 functions of this device will provide a plethora of advantages, easily configurable through the included Blue Link device. This device allows you to connect the mosfet directly to your mobile phone or tablet.

The functions of this device are as follows:

Trigger sensitivity adjustment: This function is possible due to the optical sensors equipped in the TITAN unit. There are 5 optical sensors aligned at the trigger, allowing the use of the trigger starting from the first millimeter of movement to the last. By using optical sensors, the possibility of mechanical failure of the trigger contact is eliminated.

Automatic cycle detection: Thanks to the internal optical sensors, the TITAN control unit will know exactly when to stop the sector gear, thus greatly improving the internal reliability of the replica.

Pre-cocking (Pre-cocking Gen.2): This function allows for systematic tensioning of the spring, so that when the trigger is pulled, the response time is very short until the actual shot. Generation 2 includes "Smart precocking" which allows for automatic positioning of the piston based on how quickly the trigger is pulled.

Gen. 2 Burst: This function allows you to fire a specific number of BBs when the trigger is pulled. From 2 BBs to 10 BBs. An important aspect when using low-cap or mid-cap magazines.

Rate of fire control: TITAN allows us to control the rate of fire of the replica. This function allows for supplying between 50% and 100% of the battery power to protect the replica when using overly powerful batteries.

First shot acceleration: When the rate of fire is low from the mosfet settings, we can opt for the first/first few shots to have maximum power to significantly improve trigger response.

Shot delay (Sniper delay): Similar to real weapons, TITAN allows for a delay between shots from 0.5S to 3S to simulate recoil or the loading of a manual rifle.

Smart trigger: This function allows us that when we electronically reduce the rate of fire of the replica, the first shot can still be at maximum power, thus achieving an instant trigger response.

AUG mode: Similar to the AUG or P90 trigger, it is possible that in the first part of the trigger pull the replica benefits from one type of fire and at the end from another type of fire. An important aspect when we do not want to waste time moving the selector position.

Battery protection: To prevent battery damage, TITAN will interrupt the operation of the replica when the voltage from the battery drops below the minimum safety value.

Low battery alarm: When the voltage from the battery drops towards the minimum value, the replica will alert us to this by vibrating the motor.

Electronic safety: The device is equipped with electronic safety against overload or short circuit. When an anomaly in current consumption is detected, the control unit will stop the power supply to the replica.

Mosfet: Above all other functions, at the core of this control unit is a highly capable mosfet that protects the internals of the replica from potential overload.

Test function: This function will allow us to find out if there is something wrong with the control unit and if so, where the problem is located.

Corrosion-resistant coating: This coating will allow us to keep the control unit functioning properly even when weather conditions are unfavorable.

This device can operate with voltages between 3V and 17V DC.

The warranty is strictly provided for units installed in our service. The installation of this mosfet must be performed by qualified or experienced personnel. Installing this mosfet does not require modification of the mechanism housing, but the installation of the anti-reverse requires modification of the mechanism housing.
