GATE pico SSR 2 mosfet

This is one of the smallest mosfets manufactured by GATE Electronics. The purpose of this device is very clear, to protect the contact inside the gearbox from wear caused by electrical contact. As the power of the replica or the rate of fire increases, the current demand also rises proportionally. Therefore, the pico SSR 2 comes to our aid with a solution measuring only 4 x 6 x 18 mm to protect the contact and, by eliminating the additional wiring to the contact, improve the trigger response.

The mosfet circuits are covered with an insulating layer to provide better protection against weather conditions and high humidity. The maximum operating voltage is 12.8 V. If this voltage is exceeded, the mosfet may burn out. Springs of up to 150 m/s have been successfully tested.
