FPS Precision Inner Barrel 6.03 x 363 mm

FPS is proud to present its line of precision inner barrels made from stainless steel.

These inner barrels are produced starting from a precision-drawn micro stainless steel tube, which is then subjected to the following processes:

• CNC machining
• straightening calibration
• internal boring
• polishing
• ultrasonic polishing

The hop-up window shape has been designed to be compatible with both standard hop-up rubbers and flat hop. Stainless steel ensures maximum mechanical strength and complete absence of surface oxidation compared to aluminum or brass. Another significant advantage of AISI304 is that it can be easily cleaned with metal brushes without scratching, thus ensuring the thorough removal of any plastic residues present on the inner surface of the hole.
