Overview

EMG, or Evike Manufacturing Group, in collaboration with the firearm manufacturer Salient Arms International, has designed a series of airsoft pistols intended for law enforcement training. Exterior of the Replica

The model at hand is the EMG SAI BLU, which is based on a common, easily recognizable platform that successfully combines utility with aesthetics. Continuing with the description, the slide of the replica is made from CNC aluminum, offering not only a modern visual appearance but also practical aspects such as reduced weight and good operation due to serrations. The sights are equipped with fiber optics for better aiming.

The grip or frame of the replica is made from plastic, just like the real firearm. For better handling, the manufacturer chose to texture the surface of the grip. The controls of the pistol, such as the mag catch and slide catch, are designed for right-handed users. The lower part is equipped with a standard Picatinny rail on which tactical accessories can be mounted.

The outer barrel features an internal 11mm thread as well as a 14mm counter-clockwise thread adapter, complete with thread protection.

Interior of the Replica

The internals of the replica are standard T.M., which means that the possibility for upgrades and repairs is good. Setting compatibility aside, the internals of this pistol are made from quality metals, ensuring reliable operation over time. This does not exclude the need to properly lubricate the pistol at certain intervals.

The hop-up chamber allows for adjustment of the hop-up adjustment, while the inner barrel along with the hop-up rubber will enable you to shoot far and accurately. The feed nozzle allows the pistol to operate with both gas and CO2 without issues.

Power Source

The replica is delivered with a magazine that operates on green gas. If you wish to use it with CO2, a CO2 magazine must be purchased separately. With a full gas charge, the replica is capable of firing the entire load of BBs, specifically 25 BBs, and will ultimately lock in the warning position when the magazine is empty. For optimal performance, we recommend using a stronger gas below 15 degrees Celsius. Additionally, we recommend using only high-quality consumables for optimal performance. In the case of using questionable quality consumables, the replica may not only perform poorly but could also become damaged.
