Exterior of the replica

The exterior of the replica is made almost entirely of metal, while the ABS components are high-quality and robust. The body of the gun along with the casing, trigger, mag-catch, and folding stock are made of metal, while other components such as the outer barrel and flash hider are made of aluminum. The stock of the replica is foldable, reaching a length of 785mm. The replica's magazine is Hi-Cap and holds 300 BBs. The replica is equipped with many standard rails for mounting accessories such as flashlights, lasers, or advanced sighting systems.

Interior of the replica

The internal mechanism of the BY-801 replica is made of metal. The gearbox is version 2 and features a Quick Spring Change System. This version of the gearbox is known for its quality and is, of course, made of metal, as well as the gears. The piston, piston head, and cylinder head are made of polycarbonate. The bearing diameter is 7mm. The BB speed is somewhere between 115/120 per second measured with 0.20g BBs. It is recommended to use 0.25g BBs for optimal performance.

Power Supply

The replica does not come with a magazine or a battery charger. The maximum recommended battery is 9.6V as using a larger battery poses a risk of damaging the toy. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use quality BBs. Reusing BBs or using low-quality BBs is not recommended as it may damage the replica.
