Frequently Asked Questions
Cyma CM.515 is one of the most affordable replicas of the M4 platform available on the market. Despite the fact that the exterior is mostly made of ABS plastic, the internals impress with their performance. The gearbox is made of metal and can propel a 0.20g BB at a speed of approximately 95 - 100 meters per second. Product Description
Overview
The Cyma 500 series offers users one of the cheapest AEG platforms currently available on the market. This platform replicates the M4 series and manages to impress aesthetically with its rail system.
Exterior of the replica
As mentioned, this airsoft replica is primarily made of durable ABS plastic. The outer barrel, body, sights, grip, and other elements, even the fire selector, are made of plastic. Some of the component connection systems are made of metal, thus reinforcing the entire assembly. The stock tube is made of metal, balancing the airsoft replica quite well. Overall, the airsoft replica has an extremely low weight, giving a sense of fragility. However, certain tests have shown that it is not as fragile as it seems.
Interior of the replica
Inside, a version 2 gearbox rules. It is made of metal, and together with an adjustable hop-up chamber and a 380 mm inner barrel, it can propel a 0.20g BB at a speed of 100 meters per second. Quite impressive considering the exterior suggests fragility. What is even more interesting is that the gearbox is standard, allowing for potential upgrades. The hop-up adjustment is located in the ejection port, and to open the protective cover, the cocking lever must be activated.
Power Supply
We recommend using a battery of up to 9.6V as any higher voltage may damage the internals. We recommend using quality BBs for optimal performance and to keep the airsoft replica in good working condition.
