APS Hakkotsu Hades Arrow Rocket Launcher

Using a simple principle, the manufacturers at Hakkotsu have developed a truly interesting toy, specifically a rocket launcher. Of course, this is a non-lethal piece of equipment intended for training or, why not, for Airsoft games. The principle is straightforward: the projectile is filled with pressurized liquid, and as the liquid is expelled, the projectile is propelled in the opposite direction of the discharge opening.

Operating Principle

This launcher resembles a real mortar in both principle and form. Specifically, the toy consists of two main elements: the launcher tube and the rockets themselves.

The launcher tube is a simple aluminum cylinder equipped with a support system to keep it in a vertical position, and at the bottom, there is a cap housing the firing mechanism.

The "technological miracle" is represented by the rockets. They are made of plastic, and inside them, there will be pressurized liquid that will be expelled by puncturing a rubber seal. At the bottom, there is the part that propels the wonder and guides it along its path to the target. The rubber seals are single-use, and the entire amount of CO2 from the 12g cartridge can be used to load a rocket. The amount of liquid can range from 300ml to 500ml depending on the desired range. It is recommended to use regular water for the liquid.

Once armed, when the rocket is inserted into the launch tube oriented upwards and allowed to fall freely, the firing mechanism is activated. This mechanism involves puncturing a rubber seal to allow the liquid to be expelled.

The liquid pressure is achieved using the device included in the package, which utilizes standard 12g CO2 cartridges.

• Do not look down the barrel when launching the rocket
• Do not puncture the seal when the rocket is armed in any way other than intended
• Do not fill the rocket with more liquid than specified in the manual and directly on the rocket (500 ml)
• Do not use carbonated liquids or other liquids thicker than water.
• Do not aim at people or animals
• Ensure the area where the rocket is expected to fall is clear of possible animals or people
