The tracer is used to illuminate glow-in-the-dark BBs; the effect of glow-in-the-dark BBs at night is truly remarkable. It can be likened to the tracers of real firearms. The operating principle is simple. Inside this suppressor, there is an electronically driven system equipped with very powerful LEDs that activate for just a fraction of a second, exactly as long as the glow-in-the-dark BB needs to shine at its maximum. This device can illuminate glow-in-the-dark BBs of all colors.
The device is compact, measuring 101 mm in length and 30 mm in diameter. The thread is 14 mm CCW (counter-clockwise), and the package also includes an 11 mm adapter for pistols. The body of the suppressor is made of aluminum, making it wear-resistant, while the cap is made of plastic.
Operation
The operation of this device is extremely simple once understood. For example, turning it on is done by pressing the button on the back and monitoring the LED to determine the battery voltage as well as the menu positions. The disadvantage of the UV light is that it can only properly ignite green-colored BBs. The built-in battery has a very long autonomy, and charging is done with a micro-USB cable.
