Brief History

CIRAS stands for Combat Integrated Releasable Armor System and is a modular protection system specifically designed for American special forces by Eagle Industries. The design of this vest model was based on the AAV FSBE QR model, retaining the quick-release concept. In addition to the previous model, this vest allows for the attachment of a wide variety of protective gear and armor, leaving room for the addition of other protective elements. There are 2 versions of CIRAS: LAND and MARITIME. The difference between the versions lies in the attachment method of the platform and the location of the vest's quick-release system; in the LAND version, the attachment is at the front while the quick-release handle is located at the lower side of the vest, whereas in the MARITIME version, the attachment is lateral and the quick-release handle is located at the upper front of the vest.

Description

Manufactured by 8Fields, a faithful replica of the CIRAS LAND model. At its core, it is a MOLLE platform to which a multitude of accessories and pouches can be attached. The vest is made from high-quality 600D nylon that is highly resistant to wear and moisture. The attachment and securing systems are made from durable plastic. Inside, the lining has a texture that ensures good ventilation of the body, effectively eliminating excessive heat. The size of the vest is adjustable at both the shoulders and around the waist.

The package includes: 6 single magazine pouches for the main replica, 2 double magazine pouches for the main replica, an admin pouch, a large pouch with a carabiner, a large hydration bag for the back, and a strap for the replica. This vest is equipped with a quick-release system, and the operation is similar to that of the original vest at the lower side.
