M-Tac Soft Shell Winter Pants. The soft fabric combines the thermal and breathable properties of fleece with wind and moisture resistance, as well as the durability of an outer layer. The outer surface blocks the wind, while the inner layer of the fabric removes excess moisture. It is used as an outer layer in transitional seasons and in winter. For additional comfort during cold periods of the year, the manufacturer has added a wool lining.
